We have had a great experience with Safetech, from initial contact to the building of the website. We have been kept up to date frequently throughout. Any tweaks we asked for were done immediately although not many needed to be made as the design was flawless from the start.
Alicia was our project manager and she was fantastic throughout, ensuring we were kept up to date regularly and listening to what we wanted.

My experience with Safetech Ltd has been extremely disappointing.

I paid an invoice of £360 on 22 June for a PPC campaign. Since making payment, I have not been given access to the Google Ads account, nor have I received any evidence that the campaign has actually been created or launched.

Despite waiting and expecting the agreed service to begin, I have been left without the transparency or communication I would expect after paying for a professional marketing service. As a customer, I believe it is reasonable to expect access to the advertising account or, at the very least, clear proof that the campaign is live and being managed.

Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company. I would encourage anyone considering their services to ensure they understand exactly what will be delivered, when they will receive access to their advertising account, and what reporting or evidence of work will be provided before making payment.

Lovely team, Alicia was very helpful, responsive and attentive working on not one but two websites for us. Highly recommended!
